AMAZING stay!
central location clean room abundant breakfast
i LOVED the central location near good restaurants. the room was very clean. it featured big windows where FRESH air came through. breakfast was abundant and VERY great.
the elevator was TINY and only suited for luggage. i had to use stairs to get to the third floor. this was not the MOST convenient.

breakfast happened in a COZY and well kept area. the hotel provided maps . these helped navigate the narrow streets near the hotel. there IS charm present throughout the historical building.

excellent hotel experience
continental selection convenient coffee
the breakfast offered more than i expected. it included a cooked and continental selection, complimentary drinks, and toiletries. i found the coffee machine convenient though its placement was a bit odd!
the bathroom was small, though clean. its scent was not entirely pleasant, i must admit.

the hotel is near major attractions and two water bus stops. i appreciated its proximity to bars and restaurants. the giudecca canal area is also very close for dining and drinks.

I appreciated the hotel's prime location near the university. The proximity to local life. The room offered character and a comfortable bed. The fresh fruit at breakfast was ripe and flavorful. The hotel provides an elevator, helpful for navigating the building.
The absence of tissues in the bathroom was a minor inconvenience. The amenity should be standard.
